Seema Alexander is a seasoned business strategist and marketing expert with over two decades of experience. Over the course of her career, she has partnered with numerous CEOs of professional services businesses, helping them grow their companies exponentially using her “U.N.I.Q.U.E” Method. The framework, which consists of six steps, is tailored to the growth potential and specific brand of each client, resulting in enhanced business and brand authority. Seema's approach has led her clients to achieve millions of dollars in revenue, while also making significant impacts globally.

Before founding her company, Disruptive.CEO, Seema was a corporate executive for more than 13 years. During her time with Prudential Financial, Seema worked on several projects, including developing a brand and marketing strategy for a billion-dollar business. She was even named one of the top 20 rising stars in financial services marketing and rang the closing bell on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

In addition to her work with entrepreneurs, Seema is also a strategic advisor for select startups, and is on the board of the nonprofit organization, Codespa America, which aims to alleviate poverty through developing sustainable social enterprises worldwide. Seema's ultimate goal is to establish the DC/MD/VA region as one of the top entrepreneurial/innovation hubs in the country.

Seema studied finance and marketing at the University of Maryland, and earned an MBA in marketing from Fordham University's Graduate School of Business Administration.
