Before venturing into the world of real estate, Jay served in the United States Marine Corps as a Communications Center Operator and a Field Communications Operator, where he developed his leadership skills and acute attention to detail. He also studied Leadership and Combat Training at the University of Science, Medicine, and Culture and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising, Design, and Copywriting from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
