William McNulty is a social entrepreneur and Marine veteran best known for co-founding Team Rubicon, an international disaster response organization that has conducted over 400 operations around the world. William's background includes serving as a civilian intelligence analyst and as a platoon honor graduate in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Communications Studies from the University of Kansas and a Master's in Government from The Johns Hopkins University. William is a 2015 Presidential Leadership Scholar, a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and has received numerous awards and recognitions for his work in disaster response and social innovation.
