David Kharchilava is an accomplished international retail professional, best known for his extensive work with major corporate brands including SEPHORA, O’STIN, Benetton Group, Sisley, Fashion House Group, Inditex/ZARA, Massimo Dutti, and Velis Group. He has held high-level positions such as Retail Director, International Operations, and Development Manager, as well as Retail Operations Director, Human Resources Manager, Stores Manager, Commercial Director, and Head of Department at the Department for Control over Drug Trafficking.

Kharchilava has shown his strong business acumen, as well as his expertise in retail strategy development, team management, process optimization, human resources, and customer experience.
