Michal Brand-Gold is a highly experienced General Counsel with a strong background in media and hi-tech industries. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from Columbia Law School, where she was a Stone Scholar. She is a member of the Israeli and the New York Bar, and has extensive expertise in data privacy, corporate law, licensing, media, and IP law.

Throughout her career, Michal has held various legal roles in high-profile organizations. She is currently the VP General Counsel at AGT International, where she brings her legal acumen to bear on the day-to-day operations of the multinational cybersecurity and IoT solutions provider. Prior to that, she was the VP Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at AGT International. She has also worked as a Legal Counsel at Netlims LLC and was an Associate at S. Horowitz & Co. Before pursuing her legal career, Michal was a journalist at Galey Zahal and later served as a Diplomatic Consular Liaison at the Consulate General of Israel.

Michal's expertise in data privacy and corporate law has been honed through her work in both the media and hi-tech industries. She is skilled in licensing and IP law, which positions her well to deal with matters of patent and trademark applications, licensing agreements and contract negotiations. Michal's experience allows her to identify potential legal risks, develop strategies to mitigate such risks, and communicate with stakeholders to enforce compliance.
