- Led the delivery of a new-age project allowing customers to pick up packages as an alternate delivery model by liaising with multiple teams at Flipkart. Received a special contribution award for the same♦ Drove product roadmap, strategy & worked with Engineering to deliver the project to strengthen Ekart courier improving delivery performance at Flipkart.♦ Managed the end-to-end project delivery for transformation of the sub-32 inch TV product line to a new category involving a change in the supply chain model at Flipkart. Received a special contribution award for the same. ♦ Led various end-to-end projects like Introducing Large item category at Flipkart, which had high business impact. Also managed the onboarding of new recruits in logistics organizing induction programs and training

- Led a team of 6 members and responsible to end-to-end delivery of integration of various modules in the Supply Chain.♦ Gathered and reviewed product requirements; translated them into technical requirements; led project planning, design, tracking and delivery.♦ Mentor the new joined and provided training on the supply chain and Flipkart flows.

- Delivered integration across various categories like Supply chain for white goods, Liquidation of returned products, Delivery promise to the customer, Exchange of products, Next day delivery & Same day delivery ♦ Lead the automation effort for warehouse module, automated the major cases.♦ Created training videos for operations.

Automation Engineer

- customer feedback for Beta Program of Adobe Connect. Responsible for tracking, prioritizing issues raised along with interacting with the customers♦ Developed Automation of Installer APIs the enabled the automated deployment of connect hosted setup on VM Ware ♦ Developed on Automation of RIBS Installer to 28 different locales for Adobe In Design product. This led to cost savings equivalent to 5 resources♦ Testwerk, a UI Automation tool. This tool minimized the dependency an external tool for all teams within Adobe, which led to a savings of $4950 of money per team annually
