Ekaterina Gerasimova is an accomplished Business Implementation Manager with expertise in Demand planning, previously working for major consumer goods companies including Beiersdorf, Pernod Ricard Rouss, and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. She obtained a Master's degree in Applied Maths & Informatics from State University - Higher School of Economics, and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Voronezh State University.

During her tenure, Ekaterina has demonstrated excellent project management skills, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities in managing demand planning processes for multi-million dollar projects. She has also worked as a Regional planning key user, Senior Demand Planner & Planning specialist. Moreover, Ekaterina has a keen interest in supply chain management, inventory control, and data analysis.
