Meet Penny Partridge, a highly accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in HR transformations, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, change management, and more. Penny's expertise lies in linking behaviors and values to desired outcomes in a multi-generational environment. She is also a passionate advocate for mental well-being strategies in the workplace, regularly speaking and leading workshops on the topic.
Penny holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University, along with a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA,CA) designation and a certificate in Advanced Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto. Additionally, she has her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.
Throughout her career, Penny has held progressively senior roles at PwC, including Managing Director, Human Capital, Performance & Transformation, PwC Canada, and Chief People Officer, Partner, PwC Canada. She is also currently the National Practice Leader for Immigration Services at PwC Law LLP.
Penny is deeply involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of Canadian Stage and formerly serving on the Board of Directors of Tarragon Theatre. She has also worked with Canada Company to provide advice on transitioning ex-military personnel into the corporate workforce and has served on boards for AIESEC and a not-for-profit child care organization.
