Yuliya Mykhaylovska is a talented talent acquisition specialist with vast experience in community management, entrepreneurship, program management, and recruiting. With an academic background in Stanford University and a history of working in prestigious organizations such as Greylock and Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Yuliya has been instrumental in connecting young talent to meaningful opportunities in various industries, including startups, venture capital, media, finance, and more. As a former Internship Program Manager at Stanford and a Chief of Staff/Early Operators at Greylock, Yuliya has helped hundreds of people secure internships, full-time jobs, and entrepreneurial ventures. Yuliya is an immigrant from Ukraine and a proud New Yorker, with a passion for languages and meeting new people. She has developed professional and social programming to benefit young alumni living in the city and helped build NY's university recruiting community, #URxNYC, and local chapters of OneReq (fka URx).
