Luis Felipe Godoy is a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Business Management. With a passion for technology and a strong interest in people management, he considers his children his greatest leadership challenge.

With 19 years of experience in IT, Luis has worked in various roles including Networks, Software Development, User and System Support, Project Management (as a Scrum Master), and has now specialized in Management and Leadership for over 9 years.

Advocating for Human Leadership, Luis excels in identifying the strengths of each team member to enhance motivation and engagement, pinpoint areas for improvement to develop high-performance plans, and recognizing their potential by incorporating new skills.

Certified as a SAFe Scrum Master, Luis has pursued further education by completing an MBA in Business Management at Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Centro Universitário UniMetrocamp.

Throughout his career, Luis has held various leadership positions at renowned organizations such as Matera, Kumulus, Sensedia, and Icaro Tech, where he served as a Coordinator, Team Leader, Business Partner, and Scrum Master. His prior roles also include Senior Systems Analyst and Manager of Informatics at University of Campinas.
