He is the founder of GI EN HÅND, where he offers intensive 30-day Norwegian courses, job search assistance, and support for setting up small businesses to accelerate the integration process and prepare individuals for the Norwegian job market.

Munib also founded Lærerne, an organization focused on redefining education to make learning more engaging, fun, and motivating. He believes in the power of collaboration and is open to discussing ideas and initiatives that can contribute to his vision of creating a better future for all.
