Sayeed MA is a co-founder and director of eSwiftSoftware, a product-based startup that has developed SwiftHCM, a cloud-based model that empowers organizations with training needs. Sayeed's career in the software industry began in 2004 as a developer for Brio Technologies in Hyderabad. He then continued his journey with VUE Software for nine years, where he played key roles in core development activities and project engineering, eventually transitioning into the entrepreneurial realm in 2014 with eSwiftSoftware. Sayeed's experience includes end-to-end project implementations, solution architecture, and pre-sales, with expertise in managing software projects in Visual Studio technologies. He is proficient in key domains such as insurance, education, automobile, and health care industries. Sayeed is an occasional speaker on thought leadership and social concern activities, and his passion as a leader is to develop teams and create systems that empower organizations to achieve the highest level of performance. He holds a Masters's in Computer Applications from Osmania University and is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (2008) and Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (2007).
