Her strong focus on Microsoft technologies stack, functional programming, and the JavaScript ecosystem has helped her in learning new things and staying passionate about her work.

Currently working with Independer.nl, Shipra leads the technological efforts in architecting, designing, and developing the new scalable core. Her responsibilities include delivering web applications from idea inception and validation to a scalable solution. She coordinates with colleagues to ideate solutions for users, prioritizing based on business impact, and A/B testing them. Shipra's proficiency lies in developing new user-facing products and optimizing existing ones using both client-side and server-side languages and technologies. She has also helped mentor junior engineers and fresh graduates in their career paths, assisting them in their growth.

Before working with Independer.nl, Shipra served as a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE 2) at Fiserv, where she led the design and development efforts, delivering two tier-1 services from scratch. Along with that, she also worked as a Software Development Engineer (SDE 1) and a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies.

Shipra Saha has an engineer's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
