Melissa Pancoast is a Florida native and entrepreneur who founded The Beans, a FinTech startup that helps people achieve financial balance through user-friendly design and technology. She earned a Master of Science degree in Evidence-Based Social Intervention at the University of Oxford, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government at Stetson University. Melissa's professional experience includes co-founding the Oxford Angel Fund, directing Comet Labs, and serving as the VP of Sales Operations at Seacliff Sales Accelerator. She also worked in research and education as a Research Officer at the University of Oxford, a Recruitment Associate and Corps Member for Teach For America, and Director and Coach for Row New York.
