Angela Bao is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in business, finance, journalism, and education. With extensive experience in the Silicon Valley, New York City, and China, Angela has a unique perspective on the intersection of technology, innovation, and globalization.
She holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Economics from Peking University, a Master of Science degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, and a Master of International Affairs degree in International Finance and Economic Policy from Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs.
Angela has held various positions at top-tier organizations, including Rhodium Group, The New York Times, and Sinovation Ventures, where she served as a Senior Investment Manager. She also served as an Investor at AmpUp and Product and Growth at GetSetUp, and was a Board Observer at ClassWallet and WriteLab. Most recently, she was the Head of Silicon Valley R&D Center at TAL Education Group, one of China's largest education companies.
