Terry Edward "Ted" Smith

Terry Edward "Ted" Smith is a well-respected attorney who provides legal advice in practice areas such as mergers and acquisitions, securities, debt and equity finance, and multi-state corporate. With a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law and a Master of Business Administration degree, summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University – Rawls College of Business, Smith's academic achievements speak for themselves. Smith began his career as an Associate Attorney at various firms, including Freeman Mills P.C., Timothy R. Ploch, P.C., and Hunton & Williams LLP. He also served as In-House Counsel at Dorado Exploration, Inc., which was divested in 2008. Later, he became a Partner at Friedman & Feiger, LLP, and then served as Of Counsel at both Friedman & Feiger and Stewart & Bonnet, LLP.
