Additionally, she has successfully developed brands, marketing programs, and promotions, including e-commerce and alternate sales channels, which achieve results while re-engineering organizations to reduce costs. With her strong leadership skills and expertise in strategic planning, product marketing, business intelligence and analytics, pricing strategy, and direct response marketing, Kim Partoll continues to exceed financial targets while achieving the highest employee talent retention, satisfaction, and engagement scores.

Kim has an A.B. in History from Duke University and Executive Education in Business from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
