Anton Rogoza

Anton Rogoza is an experienced legal counsel with more than 15 years of experience advising company leaders and decision-makers on important legal matters. With a strong background in corporate, finance, and commercial law, Anton has worked with top law firms and in-house counsels across the globe, including Squire Patton Boggs, Berwin Leighton Paisner, and Gazprombank. His areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, finance, private equity and venture capital, and general corporate and commercial.

Anton received his JD in International Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University and pursued further education, including a Master of Laws in Business law from The University of Manchester and Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences. He also earned a Master's degree from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).

As Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Gazprombank and a former International Legal Counsel for various companies, Anton has advised on a variety of legal transactions and received recognition for his work.
