Khanh Nguyen is a highly capable and experienced Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineer with 7+ years of experience in NPI and Manufacturing. With an interest in new technologies in the Biomedical, Server space, Automotive, Military, and Aerospace industries, he is well-versed in Program and Cross-functional team Management, Leading Industrialization, Leading Supply Chain and Supplier Qualifications, and more.

Khanh has completed his MEng in Manufacturing Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire.

Currently, as an Engineering and Industrialization Lead at Busek, Khanh leads teams on defining KPIs, setting up a comprehensive supplier qualification program, assuring capacity and quality product deliveries. Prior to this, he worked as an M-Series Hardware Engineer II at Oracle and a Manufacturing Engineer at Daktari Diagnostics.

He has also worked on various research projects, including the UNH Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle and Materials Science at National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). In terms of skills, Khanh's areas of expertise includes Design for Manufacturing and Assembly, Mechanical Design with ASME Y14.5 GD&T, Defining and interpreting supplier and internal manufacturing KPIs and Gauge R&R, Statistical Tolerance Analysis, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal, Casting, Extrusion, Machining, SMT, and Welding.
