Frederika Mpsa is an experienced speaker, trainer, and author who specializes in happiness, resilience, and well-being. With a Doctorate in Education from the University of Derby, an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University, a BSc in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford, and a European Baccalaureate from the Ecole Européenne de Luxembourg, she has a solid educational background and a wealth of knowledge to offer.

Frederika works with school children, teachers, and business owners to help them achieve greater happiness and resilience, which leads to greater success and enjoyment in all areas of life. She is a co-founder of the RWS - Resilience Wellbeing Success program, and her tracks are evident in the Schools, Businesses, Public Sector, and Charities.

Frederika has held various positions throughout her career, including Managing Director at Educate to Flourish CIC, Positive Education / Character Education / Positive Psychology / Wellbeing Speaker, Trainer, Author at The Happiness Speaker, and Regional Representative (Europe), Educational Division (IPPAed) at the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA). She has also been the President and Vice-President for the Yorkshire Region at the Professional Speaking Association and served as Joint Managing Director at Jarvis Johnson Expert Solutions Ltd, t/a INTERIM BANK.

Apart from her professional pursuits, Frederika is also a cook, recipe-inventor, and blogger at Gloriously Good Food. She has also served as a radio presenter and the creator of the Simply Fred BizJuice Award at Sine FM.
