Tim Smith is a seasoned recruitment, operations, sales, and commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in start-ups and high growth businesses. He is the Vice President - Global Recruitment at Kobalt, where he champions the company's fantastic products, services, and employer brand.

Before his current role, Tim founded Digital and Tech Recruitment specialist Bearing Partnership Ltd and merged it with Handle Recruitment Ltd. Afterward, he acted as a strategic consultant, advising brands on hiring strategies, and managed campaigns. Tim has also served as Interim Technical Acquisition Consultant at Spektrix, Interim Recruiter at Audio Network, Sales Manager at Spring Technology, and held several other positions across various companies.

Tim has studied at Kings College London and Aberystwyth University, earning an MA in War Studies and a BSc in International Politics, respectively. He also has A-levels from St Dunstans College.
