Jason Perlman is an accomplished writer, director, and editor in the Hollywood film industry. After graduating from the University of Southern California with an MFA in film production, Perlman has been working in the industry since 2004. His recent projects include a limited series for Good Karma Productions, an adaptation of the award-winning book, "Smogtown," and a feature property rewrite for another major studio with a two-time Oscar-nominated director in charge. Perlman has also created and set up a television series with Oscar nominee Alexandra Milchan and Emmy nominee Josh Weinstock. He has written and directed feature films like THRESHOLD, released worldwide in June 2019 by Sony/Archstone Pictures. As an editor, he has worked on multiple documentaries, trailers, and feature films, including the 2016 SXSW standout, MY FATHER DIE, which won him 'Best Editing' at Screamfest, LA. With skills in writing, directing, and editing, Jason Perlman has extensive expertise in the film industry.
