Srikanth Nadhamuni has a diverse background in technology and entrepreneurship, with a specific focus on improving governance and public service delivery in India. He is the co-founder and former chairman of Khosla Labs, a startup incubator that utilizes technology to address key challenges. In addition, he is a board member at HDFC Bank and the chairman of Novopay, a fintech company that offers payment and banking solutions through a network of retail outlets using smartphones and Aadhaar MicroATMs.

Before his work with Khosla Labs and Novopay, Nadhamuni served as the Head of Technology at the UID Authority of India, where he created the technology center responsible for the development, design, and operation of the Aadhaar system, which gave all 1.2 billion Indian citizens a National ID. He also co-founded the eGovernments Foundation in 2003 with Nandan Nilekani, focused on improving governance and public service delivery in Indian cities, and has guided the development of Municipal ERP products deployed in over 400 cities in India.

Nadhamuni holds a master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University and a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Mysore. His technical expertise includes chip design, biometrics, identity management, and authentication. Additionally, he has experience in urban governance, municipal e-governance, and advising and helping startups in the Indian context.
