Erik Santana is an accomplished entrepreneur with a successful background in management consulting. He spent six years working at Bain & Company where he participated in over 20 projects for various companies and countries, ultimately shaping his determined and goal-driven personality. A passion for growth and results inspired him to leave Bain & Company in 2016 and launch FestaLab, a technology company aimed at streamlining the event organization process.

Erik's academic path includes a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidade Federal de São Carlos and, more recently, graduating top 1% at Startup School Online earning a $10k equity-free startup prize.
