He has dedicated much of his career to promoting and developing the sport through various organizations and positions, such as his current partner role at Pro Squash Promotions and his previous director role at Total Squash Camps. Gus has also coached at high schools, clubs, and gyms, including Conestoga High School, Berwyn Squash & Fitness, and Birmingham Athletic Club.
