Libby Kimzey is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in budgeting, policy analysis, program management, organizing, and campaign strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Business from Western Governors University and has studied International Relations at Brown University.

Kimzey has occupied several positions in government and non-profits, including serving as a Senior Budget and Policy Analyst at the State of Rhode Island, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Programs at Capital Good Fund, an organizer at Common Cause and Ocean State Action, Campaign Manager at Teresa Tanzi for State Representative, Energy Program Manager at District Department of Environment, and Safewalk Supervisor at Brown University.

She has also held various roles at Brown University as CCURB Student Coordinator, Project 20/20 Project Manager, and Organizer at Rhode Islanders for Fair Elections.
