Dr. Martina Carroll-Garrison, also known as "Dr. Tina," is an accomplished executive leadership coach and organizational consultant with years of experience in global assignments, leadership development, and organizational transformation. She holds several degrees, including a Doctorate in Management, Organizational Leadership, and a Master of Science in Global Resource Strategy and Policy. Dr. Tina specializes in helping individuals and organizations shape leaders at work by strengthening their people skills and providing The Leadership Challenge® & Leadership Practices Inventory®. Throughout her career, Dr. Tina has observed that poor people skills are a common cause of workplace issues, especially for leaders who are unsuccessful in their assignments or experiencing pain, stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. She has spent hundreds of hours coaching and researching successful leaders' secrets and methods to obtain deep insight, focusing her coaching practice on building better people skills to improve her clients' future at work. Alongside her role as the owner of MCG Consulting Group, Dr. Tina has held several leadership positions, including Deputy Garrison Commander at US Army bases, Director of Transformation Office, and Unit Chief - Portfolio Strategy at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). She also worked as an Adjunct Faculty of Business and Law at London Metropolitan University, and still offers executive leadership coaching at Georgetown University.
