John Binstead is a Chartered Professional Accountant from Canada with over 10 years of experience working in the consulting, accounting, and finance industries. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from both the University of Victoria and Universiteit Maastricht. John is also a certified Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA - German equivalent: Wirtschaftspruefer) and has passed the Chartered Accountant Uniform Exam (UFE) at Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) on his first attempt.

He has worked with renowned corporations such as PwC, Honeywell, and Mars in various management positions with a focus on project management, finance, accounting and compliance, marketing, and event planning & management. During his career, he had the opportunity to work with and lead international teams of professionals to every continent in the world except Antarctica, interacted with C-Level management and produced successful projects such as coordination of audit projects and external partners, budgeting, and financial planning.

John has also completed various Entrepreneurship courses and holds a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Wharton Online. Moreover, he completed Business German - Level C1 at BFZ Munich - Business German.

Formerly working as a Senior Internal Auditor at Mars, Senior Finance Auditor at Honeywell, and Senior Consultant at PwC, John currently works as a Product Manager at ORY Corp, a software company focused on identity and access management solutions. Before this, he worked as an Office Operations, Co-Working Community and Events Manager, and Office Management at Plug and Play Tech Center.

Throughout his career, John has honed his leadership qualities such as public speaking and recruiting. He also demonstrated a passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, and natural aptitude for project management.
