With a background in management consulting and a significant tenure at top private equity firms, Jeff currently serves as an Operating Partner at Level 5 Capital Partners and previously held a senior leadership role at L Catterton.

Jeff Nathan's career began at Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant in the Consumer & Retail practice. He later transitioned to Kraft Foods Group as a Summer Associate before moving into the private equity landscape.

Educationally, Jeff Nathan holds an AB in Economics & Psychology, Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University, and an MBA with a focus on Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing Management from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
