Myron Radio is a highly respected and accomplished executive with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the human dynamics of executive and organizational change, and strategy execution. He has over 5,000 executive coaching conversations under his belt and is a five-time author with multiple business books, inspirational novels, and e-books under his name.

Myron's professional journey began at DeSales University, where he pursued a BA in Politics. He went on to earn an MBA in Management from Amber University (Abilene Christian). Before joining The R Group, LLC, Myron worked as an executive with Mobil Oil Corporation, where he led finance, information systems, and special projects across multiple global business units. He pioneered the Organizational Effectiveness function, developed and executed strategies that revitalized organizations, and delivered breakthrough results.

At The R Group, LLC, where he serves as President, Myron has worked with a broad range of global Fortune 500 companies, startups, mid-cap, privately-owned companies, and Federal and Local government agencies. He is a highly energetic speaker, facilitator, team builder, and executive coach, delivering top-notch coaching, insights, and guidance.

Myron is a member of Duke Corporate Education's Global Learning Resource Network, a team coach, faculty, and facilitator. He has also worked as a faculty guest at Georgetown, George Mason, and Virginia Tech. He holds numerous coaching and behavior analyst certifications and has produced several articles and videos on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement and fulfillment.
