My primary responsibility at RA Capital is to conduct research and analysis for competitive landscapes of drugs and medical devices across a range of disease indications and capabilities. RA Capital Management® (“RA Capital”) is a multi-stage investment manager dedicated to evidence-based investing in public and private healthcare and life science companies that are developing drugs, medical devices, and diagnostics. The flexibility of its strategy allows RA Capital® to provide seed funding to startups and to lead private, IPO, and follow-on financings for its portfolio companies, both facilitating the crossover process and allowing management teams to drive value creation with fewer capital concerns frominception through commercialization.

Research Assistant

Worked within the Head Office of CORU, the official Health and Social Care Professionals Council and Registration Board within Ireland. I reported to the Head of the Recognition Department, which managed healthcare professionals from outside of the country looking to transfer their professional qualifications in order to practice legally in Ireland.•	Responsible for the organization of all archived and active applications. Scanned hard-copy applications into PDF format. Created a file within the computer system for each applicant to store his or her submitted documents.•	Entered and updated all information contained in the applications into the internal database in order to start the transition to a digital record system and streamline the application process. •	Maintained detailed records of which applications had been received from archive in order to ensure that all materials had been recorded.•	Contacted candidates regarding their incomplete applications, advising them of info needed and relative status.•	Communicated with international governing bodies and universities for confirmation of licensure and qualifications of said candidates.
