I started a new community "The Promontory" in Hayward, CA.  This community includes 96 total single-family homes.  The prices range from 1 million to 2 million dollars.

Richmond American Homes

- Responsible for the completion of 155 townhouses in Purcellville, VA.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction operations of homes within specified communities. Ensure homes are built within a prescribed time limit, within a specified budget, and with a high level of quality, cleanliness, and safety. Additionally, I serve as one of two (the other being the Sales Manager) points of contact for homeowners. I meet and interact with the customer, maintain open lines of communication, and respond to questions or concerns. Lastly, I submit scheduling reports, documentation involving homeowner interactions, and other necessary material to the main office.

A. Construction

1. Once a home is released to begin construction, all exhibits in start packages should be checked to ensure there are no omissions or contradictions.

2. Schedule and complete Pre-Construction Meeting with Sales Manager to meet new customer and complete Pre-Construction Meeting checklist.

3. Schedule stakeout for excavation to begin, order material, and set schedule for construction to commence, ensuring projected closing date can be met.

4. Once construction commences, scheduling with subcontractors, utility companies, and all necessary parties is imperative to ensure closing date can be met. Alterations to schedule once work commences should be expected.

5. Scheduling should be detailed and completed online, to allow subcontractors and Brookfield personnel to be kept informed of the status of construction.

6. As construction proceeds, all inspections should be scheduled and approved as quickly as possible to maintain projected completion dates.

Brookfield Residential

- Take over the home during the final phases to ensure the home is delivered on time, and with exceptional quality.
-  In charge of doing the final customer orientation walks.
-  Make sure all homeowner's are happy and understand the maintenance of their new home.
-  Maintain relationships with the new homeowners moving forward.
-  In charge of the 60-day post-settlement warranty walk-throughs.
-  Coordinate with the trades to get the homeowner's warranty work completed as soon as possible and to their satisfaction.
-  Assist in the front-end of the construction process whenever needed.

Assistant Superintendent

- Worked on-site and in the office as the superintendent along with other miscellaneous jobs for a small commercial construction company.
-  Mainly did office building renovations.

M2 Construction, LLC

Superintendent

A summer internship during college. Main responsibility was to track progress, manage subcontractors, and adjust schedules based on progress. Also called in inspections, checked finished houses to create final punch lists, and did final walk-throughs with homeowners. Solely responsible for completion and delivery of three units.

A summer internship during college. Worked in sales, the production plant, the chemical treatment plant, on-site construction, and in design. The main purpose of this internship was to work in all different aspects of the company and learn how they related to each other. Gained experience in managing inventory, streamlining production, plant quality control testing, truss layout design, installation and on-site quality control.

Worked on-site for a small custom residential homebuilder off and on during breaks from school and whenever I was needed. The job included an array of tasks including carpentry, demolition, paint, and drywall.
