Waqas Jawaid is a highly accomplished architect and partner at Isometric Studio, known for his exceptional design skills and attention to detail. He received his M.Arch degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Princeton University. Prior to his current role, he gained valuable experience as an Architectural Designer and Intern Architect at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM), Intern Architect at Kazuyo Sejima + Ryue Nishizawa / S A N A A, Trainee (Architecture) at Office for Metropolitan Architecture, and more. Waqas also worked as a Research Associate / Graduate Intern at Harvard Art Museums and Freshman Proctor at Harvard College.
Throughout his career, Waqas Jawaid has demonstrated excellent leadership skills, providing direction and mentorship to junior architects and interns. He is passionate about pushing the boundaries of design and exploring new and innovative approaches to architecture. His expertise includes designing complex structures, creating detailed plans and specifications, conducting feasibility studies, and overseeing construction projects.
