Paul Westbrook is a well-rounded individual, with a passion for efficiency, sustainability, and music. He is a former Sustainable Development Manager at Texas Instruments, where he worked for over 30 years, and played a vital role in developing the first LEED Gold semiconductor factory globally. During his time at TI, he doubled the energy efficiency in nine years and worked on energy efficiency projects worldwide. After working for two years as a Senior Fellow at the US State Department Energy and Climate Partnership for the Americas program, he founded his own consulting business, RE:source Design, LLC. Westbrook has authored the book, The Joy of Efficiency, which imparts valuable knowledge on how to increase productivity and efficiency, while also leaving a positive impact on the environment. Westbrook's expertise ranges from designing efficient houses to industrial efficiency best practices, and he remains active in both industries.
