He is a Partner at Soil & Oak, a firm that invests in purpose-driven startups. Prior to this, he served as VP Growth, VP Community, and Founder and CEO at FARMIGO and Smallknot, respectively. Jay's legal background is also noteworthy as he previously worked as an Associate in Capital Markets Group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and as a Legal Associate at Human Rights Law Network.
