Sonya Lea is a versatile writer, program director, and mentor with over fifteen years of experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and program planning for museums and science centers. She has studied Advanced Writing Program for Fiction and Essays, Screenwriting, English Literature at prestigious institutions such as the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and the Wilfrid Laurier University. As the former Director of Writing Programs for Women Veterans at Red Badge Project and now the Program Director for Writing for Women Veterans, Pacific Northwest, Sonya has been actively involved in supporting women veterans' writing and communication skills.
