Holding a PhD and MS in bioengineering and biomedical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Biological Engineering from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stephanie has amassed an impressive body of knowledge throughout her career.

Specializing in biomaterials, biocompatibility, 3DP/ additive manufacturing, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, medical devices, wound healing, drug delivery systems, stem cell research, bioimaging, complex in vitro models, orthopaedics, technology seeking & incubation, strategic innovation, Stephanie thrives in using smart engineering to address debilitating diseases. As a Director of Translational Product Development at Secant Group, LLC, Stephanie leads the company's efforts in advancing biomaterials and developing medical devices that address various health challenges.

Before joining Secant Leasing, she served as a Technical Manager at New Product Development, Senior Development Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline, R&D Systems Engineer II at Advanced Bionics, and Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles. Besides her technical proficiency, Stephanie has extensive experience in incubating new technologies and innovation strategies.
