Jayne Gallagher is a seasoned food industry expert with a passion for connecting farmers, fishers, and small businesses to profitable markets. With extensive experience in launching and scaling food businesses both locally and internationally, Jayne is skilled in identifying and commercializing new opportunities, building innovation ecosystems, and presenting complex ideas in a clear and understandable way.

Jayne holds a degree in Zoology and Psychology from The Australian National University, an MBA in Business from QUT, and has completed Executive Education through Harvard Business School. Her previous roles include General Manager of Trade and Market Development at Australian Seafood CRC, President of the International Association of Seafood Professionals, and Owner of Strategic Advantages Ltd.

As the founder and CEO of Honey & Fox Pty Ltd, Jayne continues to work in the food industry, helping fishers, farmers, and small food businesses find and grow their most profitable markets. She also possesses excellent multicultural and multilingual negotiation skills and has recently gained experience leading and working remotely across multiple time zones.
