Meet Ken Mallette, a nationally recognized expert in crisis and incident management, and current director at ADP. With previous experience as a Partner at KJM Consulting LLC, Senior Manager at EY, Executive Director at Maryland Emergency Management Agency (MDMEMA), and Senior Vice President at Witt Associates, Mallette draws from years of experience to manage and develop ADP's Global Crisis Management Program, which includes oversight, training, support, and governance to global divisions and business units in managing crises and incidents. He also serves as a trusted resource in the fields of crisis management, public safety, predictive analytics, and physical security as part of ADP's Global Security Organization. Mallette earned his MA in Professional Educational Administration at Seton Hall University and his BA in PE/Political Science from Benedictine College. He also studied at the Homeland Security Executive Leaders Program, Executive Leadership at Naval Postgraduate School and Cohort 11, National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at Harvard School of Public Health. As an adjunct professor at Ocean County College, Mallette shares his expertise with aspiring leaders.
