Having successfully managed projects as an Architect, Contractor, Developer, and Owner, Jones delivers results while maximizing quality and value. His visionary leadership and ability to move seamlessly through the development process has contributed to delivering hundreds of projects totaling over $10 billion in value.

Jones studied at Westminster and attained his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Georgia Institute of Technology. He has held numerous positions, including Adjunct Professor, AVP Design & Construction, and President Emeritus at Tempest Environmental Systems. Jones has also served as Project Executive for Balfour Beatty Construction, Director of Construction for Kiawah Development Partners, and Director of Preconstruction & Project Executive for JA Jones Construction.

Jones is currently the Owner of DS Jones Design Build LLC and is known for his ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. His expertise and skills have made him a sought-after leader in the industry, making him a valuable addition to any project.
