Luke Thomas Redman is an accomplished healthcare strategist, military veteran, and CEO with a diverse background spanning consulting, insurance, and provider/payer organizations. He studied Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Michigan before completing an MBA in Consulting and an MHA in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School. In his military career, Redman served as a logistics officer and a recon/QRF platoon leader on two combat deployments in Iraq.
Redman's professional experience includes leadership roles at Hospital Internists of Texas & Care Protocols, Vanguard Strategic Health Partners, Metacine, Hospital Internists of Austin, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. He has also served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and a Health Policy Consultant at Health Resources Planning of Michigan. In addition to his extensive experience in healthcare strategy and operations, Redman also has expertise in group business strategy, accountable care, and green business initiatives.
As CEO of Hospital Internists of Texas & Care Protocols, Redman oversees a physician group that provides staffing for acute and sub-acute facilities in the Austin area. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role, having successfully led healthcare organizations through periods of rapid growth and change.
