Kalon Pilmanis is an expert in product management and product development, with years of experience at top companies in the outdoor and tactical industries. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business as well as a BS, and has also studied at INSEAD. Pilmanis is currently the Senior Director of Product at Cascade Designs, where he oversees the development and management of the company's product lines. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Product Management and Product Development at GERBER and also held positions as the Product General Manager and Head of Brand Marketing and the Tactical and Military Category Manager. Pilmanis has also worked as a Product Marketing Manager at SureFire, LLC and an Account Manager at Premiere Partners, Inc.
