Rachel Goh is a seasoned ICT professional with over 30 years of experience. She has held various leadership positions in well-established firms such as Konica Minolta, NCS, HP, CSC, SAP, and IBM, where she has managed consulting, systems integration and outsourcing services, and other crucial portfolios covering the Asia Pacific region. Rachel's vast experience in different organizations has honed her business acumen and project management skills.

At Konica Minolta, Rachel was the AP Director of Innovation Centre where she spearheaded the start-up of new scalable businesses to sustain the company during industry disruption. Before that, she was the Vice President of Business Applications Services (BAS) Group in NCS, where she transformed the unit locally and globally, ensuring the Group stays ahead of the competitive ICT domain.

Among Rachel's career highlights are her contribution to developing the Electronic Road Pricing project at IBM that aimed to alleviate Singapore's traffic congestion problems. At SAP Asia, she received Pinnacle Club awards for registering excellent consulting business growth of more than 300% over a period of three years as the Director of Professional Services.

Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences (Chemical Engineering) from the National University of Singapore. She also completed Executive General Management training at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 2001 and Executive Leadership at Cornell University in 2006.
