Audrey del Rosario is a UX researcher and designer with experience in Human Resources and program management. She has a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and studied International Development Field Research at the School for International Training. Audrey has a vast professional background that includes working at Google, holding management consulting roles, and being a career coach and learning & development professional through different enterprises. At Google, Audrey leads UX research & design in Extended Workforce Solutions division focused on developing effective products and processes for Alphabet’s contingent workforce. Before joining Google, Audrey facilitated leadership development workshops, crafted technical and non-technical onboarding programs, coached overseas volunteers, designed career development strategies, and worked in the healthcare, education, nonprofit, and international development sectors. She is an expert in program design and management, user experience strategy, public speaking, facilitation, narrative and presentation development, curriculum design, technical writing, copywriting, graphic design, and career coaching.
