Furthermore, he has a degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from UNISOCIESC - Universidade Sociedade Educacional de Santa Catarina. Additionally, Osni has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Anhanguera Educacional and completed his Mechatronics Technician program at SENAI SP.

Osni Passos has held various key positions in different organizations, showcasing his leadership and expertise. He is currently the Founder & CEO of Mell.ro. Previously, he served as the CTO at Hariken, Project Manager at Trackmob, Systems Manager ERP at MadeiraMadeira, CEO & Founder at TudoJá, and Project Manager at Infotech Soluções. He also has experience in the educational sector, having worked as a Teacher at Anhanguera Educacional S.A, SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial, VIRTUAL AUTOMAÇÃO LTDA, and Microlins Franchising.

Furthermore, Osni Passos has a strong background in Information Technology, having worked as a Senior Information Technology Analyst at Meditec Industria e Comércio, Tox Pressotechnik do Brasil, and Usinagem RS. He also worked as an Automation Designer at Tox Pressotechnik do Brasil and as a Mechanical Designer at Sintex Industrial De Plásticos Ltda.
