Rafael Vargas is a professional with a strong focus on promoting sustainable development and environmental responsibility. With an educational background that includes a Licenciatura in Economics from the University of Costa Rica and a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Auditing from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Vargas has a deep understanding of the complex challenges involved in achieving sustainable development.
