Justin Olguin is an accomplished software engineer and founder of Integral Tech, a technology consulting firm. Justin studied Software Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas and has extensive experience in the IT industry. Prior to founding Integral Tech, he held various leadership positions, including CTO at LifeChanger and Play Den Productions. Justin has also served as an Expert Interviewer at Karat and worked as a Software Engineer at DHISCO, Inc., Programmer Analyst at Pegasus Solutions, and Software Engineer Contractor at Raytheon. His expertise includes software engineering, programming, systems administration, and test engineering.

In addition to his professional experience, Justin has a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas and has also completed core curriculum studies at Richland College.

When he's not working, Justin enjoys travelling, reading, and playing guitar. He values staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, and strives to attain innovation and excellence in his work.
