Jeanie Smith, a seasoned IT service operations leader with 26 years of experience, has taken on various roles in large global organizations in the banking and mortgage, financial services, education, big 5 consulting services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and department of defense industries. Throughout her career, she has managed strategic and tactical projects, leading global solution deployments, process engineering/improvement, end user training, project management, and vendor management.

Jeanie has an impressive educational background, including a Bachelor of Science degree in Computers Information System and Education from Wayland Baptist University, as well as Masters Degrees in Business Administration, Information Technology and Project Management, and Management and Organizational Development from Western Governors University. She is currently working as a Senior Consultant at Pyramid Consulting Group, Inc.
