Utkarsh Kapoor is a highly certified and experienced professional in the fields of change management, robotic process automation (RPA), and digital strategy implementation. With a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis and an ILPSE in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD, he has held several leadership positions in top companies, including American Express and Cognizant. Utkarsh is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Manager for Quality / Organizational Excellence (CQMOE) from ASQ, in addition to being a Certified Scrum Product Owner. At QBOID IoTech, he currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder, where he leverages his proven abilities to spearhead programs aimed at improving and introducing multiple customer servicing channels across various industries and geographies.
