Dr. Amer Kaissi is a seasoned executive coach, professor, and book author with a passion for maximizing leaders' potential and helping them reach peak performance. With a Ph.D. in Health Services Administration, Research, Policy from the University of Minnesota, Dr. Kaissi has extensive experience teaching graduate-level courses in leadership, public speaking, and strategic planning at Trinity University and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Dr. Kaissi's expertise spans a broad range of topics, including emotional intelligence assessment, professional and executive coaching, physician coaching, healthcare strategic planning, and leadership development.
