Dr. Amer Kaissi is a seasoned executive coach, professor, and book author with a passion for maximizing leaders' potential and helping them reach peak performance. With a Ph.D. in Health Services Administration, Research, Policy from the University of Minnesota, Dr. Kaissi has extensive experience teaching graduate-level courses in leadership, public speaking, and strategic planning at Trinity University and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Dr. Kaissi's expertise spans a broad range of topics, including emotional intelligence assessment, professional and executive coaching, physician coaching, healthcare strategic planning, and leadership development. He is a certified professional and executive coach from the College of Executive Coaching and is also certified in certified in emotional intelligence assessment (EQi 2.0 & EQi 360) from High Performing Systems.
In addition to his academic and coaching pursuits, Dr. Kaissi is an accomplished author and speaker. He has authored a book, "Intangibles: The Unexpected Traits of High-Performing Healthcare Leaders," and has spoken at national conferences, including the Studer Group.
